A GIS-based Property Tax Assessment System . The project consisted of surveying of property attributes, updates, geocoding ,digitisation of DP maps and the development of software for property billing , payment receipts and reporting systems. This system helps UMC to improve for revenue collection , identifing the defaulters , increasing the efficiency and productivity of staff, reducing paper work and providing timely and accurate information .
