Human Resources Division
The organization strives to provide a climate
that nurtures talent and a holistic approach to all round development
of employees. Towards achieving this objective the HR division
is organized into three broad focus areas:
Resourcing: In order to meet
with the ever-growing business needs of the organization, sourcing
of people is done through multiple channels. To attract fresh
talent the organization approaches leading engineering colleges
and management institutes and selects students with high caliber.
The candidates are put through a rigorous programmers aptitude
test (PAT), followed by group discussion and interview. To supplement
the campus intake, the organization continuously looks for talent
across the gamut of IT skills at lateral levels. The focus of
all recruitment is to select the candidate with the right talent
and capabilities.
Services and Benefits: As a
part of 'employee care' program, the organization provides a wide
range of benefits to the employees. In addition to statutory benefits
like Provident Fund and Gratuity, the organization provides comprehensive
health insurance coverage for domiciliary, dental and hospitalization
for the employee and the family members. Additional coverage is
provided to the parents of the employees with the company providing
part of the insurance premium. Special coverage is also provided
to dependent siblings and children beyond the age of 25. A comprehensive
annual health check-up program covers the employee and the spouse
after a certain age. The organization also provides superannuation,
group insurance benefits and Interest free loans are provided
to employees in case of medical emergencies. There is a comprehensive
personal loan scheme to cover housing deposits, loans for marriage,
building and renovation of house, purchase of vehicles etc.
The child merit schemes enable the employee to
reimburse tuition fee of their children. Subsided canteen and
transport facility is provided to employees at all locations.
