The Hardware Manufacturing Division, initially set up to manufacture computer systems and peripherals for Unisys, is over two decades old. The factory in Mapusa, Goa, manufactures Automated Teller Machines (ATM), Cash Dispensers, Bill Payment machines, Check Encoders/ Sorters and complex electro-mechanical products including printed circuit board assemblies, backplane boards. It also provides hardware design and manufacturing services in embedded systems.

The division offers management of complete supply chain for the customers and provides competitive cost solutions with flexible schedules meeting international quality standards.

The one-stop-shop manufacturing capability includes production of Surface Mount Technology PCB assemblies, Wiring harness assemblies, Automatic in-circuit testing, injection molding of engineering plastic parts, product manufacturing, engineering support and is backed by highly skilled manpower.

Size and Set-up
The manufacturing set up with total area of approximately 60,000 Sq.ft consists of two independent centrally air-conditioned units, one dedicated to exports and the other for domestic markets.
