Client Description

Faced with evolving customer requirements and fluctuating market trends, most organizations attempt to study customer behavior through regular customer response surveys. This agency focuses on designing customer response surveys that accurately identify shifts in client tastes and perceptions. Customer responses are cumulated using a diverse range of sources such as applications, enrollments, orders and surveys.

The Challenge

Most customer survey campaigns elicit responses which are handwritten and submitted by post or are taken directly at the point of sale (POS). Attempts to accurately process these customer responses are hampered by bottlenecks like deciphering poor handwriting when using an OCR/ICR. Besides, market surveys also hampered by staffing volatility required by campaign-driven responses.

The Solution

  • Scanned images from the client are received as input in a secure environment.
  • Our team of data entry operators keys the data into the database using proprietary software "Key-From-Image". The workflow is set to "Double-Key-Proof Read" to obtain an accuracy level of up to 99.995 per cent.
  • After completing the quality check, the output database is maintained in a comma-separated format as defined by the client.
  • This process is repeated on a daily basis.
  • More than 20,000 responses are processed per day. In order to ensure SLA on accuracy, complex validation and graph drawing features are used. SLA is maintained on the turnaround time by assigning a team of trained and productive data entry staff.
  • Our expertise and strong in-house knowledge repository is optimally utilized to train all new recruits. This ensures that the new staff easily assimilates the workflow processes and becomes productive at a faster rate.
