Roadmap for Implementation

With the ultimate objective of enabling the enterprise to create its own Balanced Score Card, the Management Dashboard solution is being constantly enriched. Regular feedback from customers, users, partners serve as valuable inputs in the continuous improvement of the solution.

The continuous plan for improvement includes:

• Embedding a Rule Engine to enable workflow and event based alerts to customers, partners and other stakeholders.
• Location Based Intelligence by integrating with mapping tools viz. MapInfo
• Enabling the user to automate an existing gauge by any of the following techniques, apart from the existing use of backend procedures
• Web-services integration to enable real time connectivity to the source application for the gauge value
• Classical Interfacing, where the source application generates an output file with the gauge value. This output would be generated at a predefined frequency in a specified format and location. The Management Dashboard picks up the gauge value from this intermediate file.
• Integration with Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) tools
• Speech enabling by integrating with Tata Infotech’s own Speech Recognition. This will enable the user to avail information from the Management Dashboard through Computer Telephony Interface.
• Multilingual capabilities
