CUSTOMER SUPPORT & SEVICES DEPARTMENT PROFILE

Customer Support and Services (CSS) department, part of System Integration Division, provides hardware support on a wide range of products from leading computer organizations like CISCO, Unisys, Sun, Compaq, Dell and AST, Microsoft, Oracle.

The services cover the pre-installation site planning, installation and integration, warranty and post warranty AMC services.

Systems Software Service offerings include installation, configuration, performance tuning and on-going support on various operating systems ranging from Unix, Solaris, Windows NT, Netware, OS2 to Unisys A Series, 2200 and Clearpath systems.

CSS is currently exploring the possibility of a working relationship with franchise at various cities in India who are engaged in providing resources in the field of networking, LAN, Lease Lines provisioning & maintenance, Structured cabling, etc. on contract or call basis. The idea behind this to reach the remote locations with the franchise’s support and provide quality service to Tata Infotech Limited’s customers at the quickest possible time. 

Tata Infotech Limited has Regional offices in major cities like Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, Calcutta, Bangalore & Hyderabad and Customer Support centers or Resident Engineers at 57 other cities.
