Complaint Booking System Phone

Subscribers of telephones can ring up this service and log complaints regarding their telephones. A docket number is issued for each complaint as per the complaints data base and relevant status also given for complaints already logged.

Changed Number Announcement

Upon ringing up this service the old telephone number is asked for and the new telephone number is played out if available in the database. Otherwise the message is given accordingly.

Auto Attendant and Voice Mail

AutoAttendant offers facilities like transferring calls, directory assistance, to incoming callers. Facilities for callers to leave messages for unattended extensions. The features like retrieve, delete, forward, broadcast the messages to mailboxes and extensions personalised greetings and reminders

Phone-Banking

This is essentially Telebanking. Facilities like, account balance, status of cheques, fixed deposits, stop cheques, cheque book requests, interest rates and banking propaganda are given. Information Dissemination Prerecorded AudioText is played back to the callers

Fax On Demand

This can be given as part of existing applications. A fax can be sent on the same call provided the caller is calling from a telefax machine.

Project Status Update

Here the IVR is used for logging data in numbers for an ongoing project. Flight Delay Information Flight delay information stored with associated telephone numbers of passengers is dallied out to the passengers and the information of the delay played out.

Loan Information

Outstanding loan amounts are played to callers upon entering their relevant account numbers. This is similar to the TeleBanking Balance Enquiry

Cargo Arrival Information

Cargo Arrival information stored with associated airway bill numbers and telephone numbers of agents is dallied out to the agents.

Callers dial in their Ticket Numbers and are given their reservation status against the same from the Passenger Reservation Database.
