is an Interactive Voice Response System specifically designed for accessing e-mail using a simple telephone instrument.

Call-M@il™ uses text to speech conversion to convert the e-mail text to a pleasant voice and the caller can listen to the e-mail which has been received in the e-mail server in his/her e-mail box.

The product runs on Windows NT platform and is compatible with any POP3 compliant mail servers. After validating the user, the Call-M@il™ system informs the subscriber about the number of messages and the size of the mailbox. The user can then navigate through the mailbox using the telephone keypad.

The caller can control various voice parameters such as volume, speed of delivery and the pitch from his/her telephone. All facilities such as scrolling, skipping e-mail, deleting and undeleting, directly accessing a particular e-mail are provided.

This facility of Call-M@il™ system makes it possible for the caller to request Call-M@il™system to send a fax copy of the e-mail to his/her fax machine. Call-M@il™system supports both hot and cold Fax-on-Demand's.
