Travel Jini

A GIS web application for the travel portal. The Travel Jini, mapping application will allow the user to look at about 59 cities of India. All the city maps consists of 14 different layers viz., Hotels, Land Marks, Hospitals, Bus stops, Railway stations, Roads, Water bodies, Green areas, Railway lines, Drainage, Airport, City Limits, Airport Area and Water Channels. The user can also cutomize the map display. Facilities such as search, zoom - in, zoom-out, info is provided. Hotels, Landmarks etc can be searched on any of the city maps. Provision to select within the user defined radius is also provided.
