A comprehensive GIS-based utility management system along with a web-site and infokiosk.The system covers various departments of Nashik Municipal Corporation like water supply, Sewerage, Electricity Network, Town Planning, Land Acquisition and Estate, Roads and Building Construction, Sanitation and Health, Garden and Landscape, Account and Administration, Encroachment and Fire and Taxation. The web-site will enhance the transparency between the NMC and the general public of Nashik, who will be able to lodge complaints, apply for water connections and download all kinds of municipal forms using the web. The Infokiosk or "Electronic Receptionist" will let the general public get information to frequently asked queries really fast
