Mumbai, India, 9th January 2001 ?Tata Infotech Limited, the leading System Integrators, today launched “High End Managed Services” in association with iServ India Solutions Pvt Ltd, one of India’s leading Internet Service Provider (ISP). The two companies have jointly collaborated to provide remote management of a customers’ IT infrastructure like routers, switches, servers, etc. as per customized Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Such high-end services will be managed from iServ India’s Network Operating Centers in New Delhi & Cochin. The services will be delivered to customers over iServ’s network and will be backed by Tata Infotech’s expertise in systems integration, facilities management and enterprise management (network, server, etc.). With the coming together of the two companies, customers can now avail of a wide range of onsite and offsite facility management services.
