Tata
Infotech Limited Declares 40% Interim Dividend 2001-02

At
the Board of Directors meeting held on 16th May, 2002 Tata
Infotech declared an Interim Dividend of 40% (i.e. Rs.4 per
share) for the financial year 2001-2002, on a paid up capital
of Rs.18.38 crore leading to an outgo of around Rs.7.35 crore.
The dividend will be paid on or after 14th June 2002.
