Air
India signs over Rs. 9 crore agreement with Tata Infotech

Air
India and Tata Infotech Limited, one of India's leading IT
companies, have signed an agreement of over Rs. 9-crore comprehensive
IT systems maintenance and Facilities Management services
for Air India's mission-critical applications. The agreement
covers both "preventive" and "breakdown"
maintenance and is responsible for ensuring system availability
of more than 99.5% on a round-the-clock basis at three locations
such as the Old Airport Complex at Kalina, the Air India Building
at Nariman Point, and the Chatrapati Shivaji International
Airport at Sahar.
The
agreement is an affirmation of the long-standing faith and
trust shared between the two companies.
The
agreement was signed by Mr. Amod Sharma - Company Secretary,
Air India and Mr. Pauroos Karkaria - Sr. V.P. Tata Infotech
