SAS India and Tata Infotech enter into a strategic technology alliance - to offer “Customer Analysis & Organisation Intelligence solutions”

SAS India and Tata Infotech have entered into a strategic alliance. SAS India is a wholly owned subsidiary of SAS Institute Inc - a market leader in end-to-end business intelligence solutions with worldwide revenues exceeding $1 billion. Tata Infotech is a leading systems integrator and Business Intelligence practice pioneer in India, with operations in India and overseas.

The synergistic combine will permit telecom, manufacturing, and finance and retail companies to avail of a range of “customer analysis & organisation intelligence solutions” from SAS and the implementation, domain and system integration expertise of Tata Infotech.

SAS India has a 22.5% market share and a 70% top-of-mind recall in the Indian market. The customer analysis and organisation intelligence solutions on offer are demand and process intelligence solutions, warranty analysis and value chain analysers.
