The Board of Directors have approved the payment of Interim Dividend @70%, i.e. Rs.7/- (Rupees Seven only) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each on 1,83,80,880 Equity Shares for the financial year ending 31st March 2005, the Record Date for which has been fixed on Thursday, 17th February 2005.
