Listing of Equity Shares of the Company on NSE w.e.f. 6th May 2004

The Equity Shares of the Company have been listed and admitted to dealings on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) w.e.f. 6th May 2004 under the Normal Market segment - compulsory Demat (Rolling settlement) for all investors (symbol: TATAINFOTE).
The Equity Shares of the Company would also continue to be listed on The Stock Exchange, Mumbai (BSE).
