Tata
Infotech launches Customers Management e-Management Experts
Business India - Dec 24, 2001 |
Tata Infotech Education recently announced its
foray into the IT-enabled services market by launching the CRèMe
(Customers Management e-Management Experts) programme. The company
is eyeing the fast-growing call centre market with the introduction
of this comprehensive and highly specialised programme. Rahul
Thapan, head of education services division, Tata Infotech Limited,
says, “As differentiators continue to diminish industries
in the products and services offered, the new mantra is to grow
a business by nurturing relationships with customers. Call centres
are one component in that direction. These services have moved
from providing operation efficiency to becoming strategic for
the growth of any business.” CRèMe strengthens Tata
Infotech Education’s position as a provider of training
which is both in line with industry requirements as well as creates
student careers . With the projected growth of this industry,
call centres are now becoming a long-term career option. Adds
Thapan ,”CRèMe is a highly specialised programme
designed by Tata Infotech in association with Turning Point, a
training and assessments system company, which trains personnel
for providing services in the call centre area.
