launches CReME programme

Bangalore: Tata Infotech Education
has forayed into the IT-enabled services market by launching Customer
Relationships e-Management Expert (CReME) programme. The company
is targeting the fast growing call center market with the introduction
of this product. “As differentiators continue to diminish
across industries in the products and services offered, the new
mantra is to grow business by nurturing relationships with customers.
Call centers is one of the components in that direction,”
Rahul Thapan, head-education services division of Tata Infotech
Education said.
