Air-India, Tata Infotech
sign Rs 9-cr deal

Air-India has signed a Rs 9 crore deal with Tata
Infotech for the maintenance of its IT systems and facilities
management services. The agreement covers both preventive and
breakdown maintenance. Tata Infotech would be responsible for
ensuring system availability of more than 99.5 per cent on a round-the-clock
basis, according to a release issued by A-I on Monday. The systems
are functional at A-I’s Kalina-based old airport complex,
the corporate office at Nariman Point and the Chatrapati Shivaji
International Airport at Sahar in Mumbai, the statement added.
