Applied Technology Centre

Applied Technology Centre provides the state-of-the-art R&D solutions. It develops technologies for language processing, computer telephony, mobile networkig, encryption and data security, data mining and resource scheduling. Its Cognitive Systems Research Laboratory engages in speech recognition, systhesis and associated areas. It collaborates with premier research organisations like IIT and MIT.

Over 120 highly educated engineers and scientists work on Information Systems Security, Telephony, Interactive Voice Response, Embedded Systems, Geographical Information Systems, Expert Systems, Wireless Application Protocol and Blue Tooth.

Our projects overseas include - Ravisent Technology Inc, USA (for browsers that operate set-top boxes); Telecruz Technology Inc, USA (for modules of television chips); Gigabit Wireless, USA (on Base Transmitter Stations); Vxtel USA (on silicon chips ); Interactual Technology Inc, USA (for DVD videos on the Internet); Nuance USA (speech-enabled applications for voide portals), Nokia, Italy (for messaging and WAP development); Siemens, Turkey.
